Please help make a difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands of people for whom Oral Health America advocates, educates and works to provide access to quality dental care. We cannot do it without you! Your gifts allows OHA to choose the most critical need to put your gift into action!
For any questions about giving, or any of the giving options listed below, please contact Brad McLaughlin,
OHA’s Director of Development, at (312) 836-9900 ext. 14.
“As a dentist I thought the best way for me to acknowledge the passing of a patient was to make a donation to a charitable organization which represents the oral health interests of the American public. I believe a gift to this organization, with its broad reaching impact on the community, is the best way to honor my patients,” said Dr. Catania.
When board member and president of the Harry J. Bosworth Company Milly Goldstein found out her 85-year-old cousin did not want any gifts for her birthday, she decided to make a donation to OHA in her cousin’s name.
“I think a donation is a perfect non-gift gift,” said Ms. Goldstein. “This is something she can enjoy and hopefully it will create a little awareness with people who aren’t familiar with OHA.”
The Bernard and Kathleen Beazley Summer Internship Program, funded by the late couple’s planned gift to Oral Health America, will provide a unique look into the world of public health dentistry and oral health leadership for one rising senior undergraduate student each summer.
“OHA provides the unique opportunity to combine my two passions in life: dentistry and public health. After discovering I would be able to help reduce dental health disparities by promoting awareness about good oral health, I knew this was the internship for me.”
