I encourage you to review Oral Health America’s 2010 Annual Report. We believe it reflects our daily dedication to impact the lives of vulnerable children and adults and hope you will agree! In 2010, your generosity helped us to return 76 cents of every dollar invested to our programs. Generous gifts totaling $2.3 million are needed in 2011 for OHA to serve communities nationwide.

Please consider a gift that will enable us to do even better in
2011 than we did in 2010, when OHA :

• Helped to change the lives of 310,000 children in 27 states and 2 U.S. territories through $400,000 in cash grants and 500,000 units of donated dental product and
  kept our millennium pledge to America’s Promise to seal 1,000,000 teeth for 250,000 children and committed to seal 2,000,000 more teeth for 500,000 children by 2020!
• Advocated for policies that promote oral health equity, good nutrition and tobacco control practices for all Americans, especially those most vulnerable.
• Inaugurated the Wisdom Tooth Project to address the challenges faced through a growing population of older adults and built upon pioneering communications around the oral-systemic link by selecting the Diabetes epidemic as our focused topic for Medical Dental Dialogues from mid-2010 through 2011.
• Spoke out against smokeless tobacco by reaching 350,000 people at the Little World Series plus millions more through ESPN, thanks to the support of Chicago White Sox pitcher, John Danks.
• Launched Fall for Smiles® with the Dental Trade Alliance, a public awareness campaign for healthy mouths, which helped OHA generate over 1 Billion media impressions overall in 2010.
